Deep Breathing for Panic Disorder – Day 22 – 31 Days of October link up


Deep Breathing can help if you are having a minor panic attack or simple anxiety rather than a full blown panic attack. I can use it often to calm myself down, but during a serious panic attack I can’t breathe at all and start to hyper-ventilate. If I wasn’t scared before not being able to breathe and having chest pains sends me right to the ER. Read the article at this link and see if deep breathing helps you.
