Now if you were to go by me I would have to say that Melatonin is quite useless. It makes me hyper and there is no way I can sleep with it and I am sure it ups my depressive symptoms. I have found an article that claims it helps sleep and pain depending on the dosage. See what you think.
I know people who benefit from it, but for me it is a definite NO.
