Most of us know how uncomfortable traveling just a short distance can be. Imagine several days or weeks of traveling.

Make sure your travel companions understand your limitations. Plan you itinerary in advance and write in rest and relaxation to stop yourself from overdoing it.

    I find that it is important for my hotel/resort to have a hot tub. Even when traveling to a warm climate area, a hot tub is a most for soothing soreness. Rest time is always figured in.
