Fibromyalgia and Yoga

Yoga is another mild form of stretching exercise for people with Fibromyalgia. I know many people who swear by it and that it helps their pain.

Like all exercise start slow and stop if you start to have a flare up of your Fibromyalgia. I did do it for awhile and it did make my body more flexible. Something I should try again.
