Fibromyalgia and B12 vitamins.

Many people have low B12 vitamins in their systems which cause many side effects such as exhaustion and brain deficiency.

You can get B12 by eating certain foods, an injection or a vitamin supplement.

The old we get the least we absorb B12.

I personally can’t say taking high doses of vitamin B12 helped my Fibromyalgia any. Try it for yourself.

    When I went to the Mayo clinic for low red blood count and ferritin and needed an iron infusion he said it is imperative you take b12 every day he said if he could put it in drinking water he would because it is so important. He helps to process iron and when your b12 is low you can have anxiety and neurological symptoms. I ended up needing a shot to get mine stable. I got a shot every day for a week, then once a week for a month, then one a month for a year. And about six months later I had it rechecked after taking supplements and it was low again and I needed a shot. Sometimes people have low absorption and need to get it in an injection form. Sorry I rambled on your blog but I just so agree with you. So many have low b12. It may be an absorption problem but it can lead to many other problems if it goes unnoticed.
