Tessa wobbles and she falls down…

Now I didn’t fall this time, but withdrawing from drugs is brutal. I felt bad enough just going down to 30 mg, smallest dose they have. So last night I didn’t have one. It is every other night for a week. Well this morning, my head felt like it was going to explode and felt about 100 lbs all by itself. I felt really top heavy. What a horrible day. I can’t wait until this is done, but I still have 1 or 2 drugs to do after this.

I really hope you have a fall back plan in the event going off all the meds makes things worse. Yeah, I know, as if this could ever be possible! Just want you healthy and in a decent state of mind. No shame in a couple of pills if they work and no shame in no pills if that works best for you.
All any of us tribe members want for you is for you to feel your best. ❤

    P.S.
I'd go cold turkey off Xanax a thousand times than even tapering some of these anti depressants, it is brutal!

Oh, man! I am sorry to hear about how hard it is right now. You’re hanging in there, though. You made it through the first week/first phase. Now, you’re in the second week/second phase and soon that phase will end and the drug will be out of your body. Stay strong!

Thank you. I just started the first medicine. I still have the anti-psychotic (mood stabilizer) and possibly the anti-anxiety as well. I want this stuff out of my system.
