  2. Massage (not for everyone, can aggravate pain)
  3. Cannabis oil (haven’t tried this)
  4. Eliminate pain foods (especially sugar and caffeine – my fav’s)
  5. Essential oils (peppermint oil)
  6. Epsom salt and Magnesium (not attained by diet then soak feet in Epsom salt)
  7. Chiropractic Adjustments
