How To Dress For Less Fibromyalgia Pain

  1. Get rid of tight clothing, opt for loose-fitting clothes. Maternity tops are perfect as they support the back and are loose in front.
  2. Don’t wear elastic waist bands. If you must wear them choose the ones with waist ties.
  3. Choose soft fabrics. Those with stretchy material are best.
