Dinner is still my problem. I was going to get the blood drawn at 10 AM, but when I checked it around 6 it was already low. I couldn’t wait that long to eat so went at 7 AM instead.
I am hoping for a better report.
I walked over 1500 steps so far. Supposed to go walking with my grade school friend tomorrow. My goal is currently set at 1500 steps. Will have to raise it soon.
I had breakfast of eggs and sausage and a few potatoes. Lunch was a low carb shake and dinner was about 2 tacos. Still have my bedtime snack.
