Please excuse the constant changes.

I was trying to set up another blog this morning to show my son what can be done on here and I wiped out my own main blog and have to rebuild it. It took hours just to find the theme and start to re-add the widgets when I lost it all again. Trying to rebuild it again so please be patient.

Thank you

Tessa

You know the worst of this is? I am not a new blogger. I have been blogging for at least 5 years maybe more. What happened today has never happened before. My son can use something else and create his own site. I am staying out of it. I didn’t plan on rebuilding mine tonight for sure.

My content seems to be there. I have finally found the theme, but all the widgets are gone and some I can’t redo. I don’t have the info I used to set it up. I have never had a problem losing widgets when changing themes. I liked it the way I had it and right now it just isn’t working and then I erased all the widgets I had reset up again. I am in terrible pain and really annoyed and just took a pain pill so this might not be a good time to rebuild my blog, but I can’t leave it alone.

I haven’t really looked at it yet today to see if things settled down. I did delete that test one and was afraid it would delete my main one. I just don’t trust them not to screw up.

Oh, Tessa. So similar we be. I am always fretful when making changes, and I always make a faux pa of some sort and end up making do with some aspect cause I can’t sort it out. If I was rich, I’d pay for an expert to watch me all day on WordPress. Hehehe! XXX

Gerry I wasn’t even on my blog. I had made a test blog and was trying this and that for my son. Imagine my shock when I found out it had wiped out my main blog and it took me hours to find even the remotest resemblance to what it was before and the way I wanted it. Several widgets don’t want to work, but did get all but one so far to finally hook up right. There is hope.
