Questions:

What’s the first thing you notice about a person? Being obese myself that seems to be something that I notice in others and wishing I were thin if they happen to be thin.

What three habits do you feel would improve someone’s life? 1. Physical fitness, I now find at age 62, is important to follow throughout your life. I would be in better shape if I hadn’t stopped moving when my arthritis first started hurting in my 20’s. 2. Get enough sleep and not cat nap like I do. I am always exhausted. 3. Learning to eat nutritiously at an early age and make it a habit. My bad eating habits have caused me significant medical issues.

What takes up too much of your time?   Would you stop that if you could? Sleeping or trying to avoid my life. Wish I could stop that, but due to Bipolar Disorder that isn’t going anywhere. I must live with it. 

Cookies (biscuits to those elsewhere), pastries, pie or cake?   If not, what does your sweet tooth crave? I love cheesecake or vanilla cake with vanilla whipped cream icing.

Gratitude?  Are You Happy?  If so, why?  If not, why not? No and again I blame most of that on my Bipolar Disorder. Whether I am manic or depressed it is still a form of depression and hence I am not a happy person.

    Thanks Tessa for Sharing Your World! I’m right there with you in the ‘happiness’ question, I’m not a happy person. I have chronic depression and mild BPD. I admire those who get out there and try mingling with others too, but like you, I tend to ‘hide out’ by sleeping too much or staying in my home. Thanks for participating in SYW this week! 🙂

      I have Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, PTSD and they diagnosed my bipolar recently as bipolar 1 with psychosis. It’s a wonder I get out of bed and out of the house at all. Not everyone understands. People think the minor depression that all people deal with occasionally is the same thing. They have no idea at all. i get tired of explaining my whole mental health problems to people who refuse to try and understand.
