***************continued from last week****************

Cassie is still in shock. Seeing Stephanie sprawled on that walkway dead, her missing belongings sprawled all over the place, had been shocking.

She stood in front of the waterfall and spent hours thinking about Stephanie’s life and how it had been cut short due to her taking her to that awful party.

Part of the blame was due to the police as they wouldn’t take her seriously when she reported her missing. If they had spent more time looking into that area they had been in, perhaps they would have found something to help them solve the crime and prevent the death of her friend.

Eventually, she sat down in front of the waterfall and just cried. Such a young life lost so early and she felt so responsible even though she wasn’t the one who had killed her.

Sorry about that. I fixed it. Hopefully it will pick up. They have to be hard to start. I tried to start a prompt, but it didn’t pick up and I am impatient and gave up after a couple of days. Hang in there maybe it will pick up. Since you are on blogger and not Word Press I can’t even reblog it like I would a Word Press Post. Blogger isn’t set up like that unless something has changed since I stopped using them. Having used both I realize I prefer Word Press.

Hmmm, can’t say I have a problem with hackers. Been with Word Press since at least 2012. Blogger had less things to use in your blog. It seemed easier to WP and to make it look more professional. Not a lot of things to change in Blogger, but you got to use what you got to use.

Word Press has its free version. It is what I use although I did buy domains for both of them. You can’t tell they’re free unless you get the ads on it. I can tell you they are much better than blogger and you have the option of the like button and reblog button. Not everyone wants to make a comment. Being able to just hit like sometimes is all I want, no comment.

Took me FOREVER to find the right links to not pay but it’s started now. I just have to remember to use the Classic Block. Took me forever to get used to the layout since I’m so used to just free-typing. One reason I kept blogger was it was easy to make it look like my website (which I already pay for hosting/mail/etc). I can’t see anyway to do that without paying more with WP so think I will try this just for my flash fiction and keep the blogger one for author news & book stuff. Thanks for the push!

You do know that there are lots of free themes available. I change mine everynow and then although I found one that lets me change my header with any picture I want so I just change that and my color instead of the whole theme. Granted it has been a while since I set mine up and it was super easy. They may have made it more difficult.
