#WEEKENDCOFFEESHARE : I have my new kitchen floor.
Directions from ECLECTICALLI
Weekend Coffee Share is a time for us to take a break out of our lives and enjoy some time catching up with friends (old and new)!
Grab a cup of coffee and share with us! What’s been going on in your life? What are your weekend plans? Is there a topic you’ve just been ruminating on that you want to talk about?
All are welcome! Just add your link to the Linky-List, and be sure to visit others and join in their conversations! The link will be open from Friday, February 8th at 7am (Pacific Time) until Monday, February 11th at 7am (Pacific Time) to give us a good range of “weekend”!
*********************************
If we were to have a coffee chat this weekend or for me ice tea for sure since I don’t drink coffee and it is too hot for hot tea, I would tell you that I am flying through the first draft of my book. The first three chapters I am fairly happy with have been posted on the blog just follow the book page.
The new floor is in now. They are really nice gray tiles in long pieces. Much nicer than we expected since I live in public housing, we expected to find ourselves with the same kind of tiles we originally had. These won’t show dirt or turn yellow. I am thrilled.
I would also remind you that Sunday is the weekly brunch with my BFF. The weather is really hot and humid which means my breathing will be affected again. I am still having a problem breathing even with the nebulizer treatments.
My pain doctor prescribed Lyrica for my Fibromyalgia and my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Not helping much so far.

Had a bit of a bad preceding week – Rod managed to rip apart some stitches, and I got bowled by the dog (accident), so we’re both a bit sore – and it was all on our Wedding Anniversary…. Just had my coffee thanks. Blessings

I took lyrica for a while for anxiety. I found it helpful to some degree. I hope the pain is less now and th e meds help it.

It doesn’t seem to be helping the pain any, but at least I stopped sleeping 24 hours a day. That was terrible. I was afraid to leave my apartment because I was afraid I would fall asleep while out.

Well that’s scary. I’m glad you stopped sleeping all that length of time.

It was scary because I would be out and wasn’t sure if I could make it home or not. And then would scramble in the door and crash on the bed as quickly as possible and fall sound asleep.
