I mentioned some of these a while ago, but it pays to mention it for my new followers.
- acupuncture – I haven’t tried it and doubt I ever will (hate needles) but others have mentioned that it helped them
- oil massage – I have tried this and you need a massage therapist who is familiar with fibromyalgia and who will listen if you want to stop because they are hurting you. Not every massage therapist is familiar with the pain of fibromyalgia.
- chiropractor – I have been seeing one regularly for about 6 years now. I currently have a back ache, a severe one, and had to go sooner. Regular treatment for me now is every other week.
